On 25 May 2008, many bus services in the Liverpool area are changing. This is due to the rerouting of buses in the centre of Liverpool, as Lord Street, Hanover Street and Paradise Street Interchange are fully reopened to buses. Download the information booklet by clicking here.

The Merseyside Local Transport Plan partners are planning many improvements to public transport. Recently we've seen rail stations and trains upgraded to provide a high quality service on Merseyrail and more stations are being enhanced all the time. Measures to give buses more priority are being put in place and there are more modern buses on the roads than ever before.
